Far Eastern Federal University is a Federal University and the largest university in the Far East of Russia, located in the city of Vladivostok of Russian Federation. Far Eastern Federal University campus is a intellectual center with unique world class infrastructure, innovative educational and research institution for preparing highly qualified personnel. Far Eastern State University was established in 1899 in Vladivostok as a Humanities Oriental Institute. In 1920 Humanities Oriental Institute was converted into Far Eastern Federal University. Since 2009 Far Eastern Federal University conducts training in more than 600 educational programs, including 49 Bachelor programs, 90 Master programs, 14 Judiciary, 64 Doctoral studies (Ph.d) and 171 pre-university education programs.
